The Floor Plan Company produces quality professional floor plans, the majority from our own site visits and all are drafted by our own staff here in the UK. We prepare plans of houses, flats, shops and offices and various other commercial premises, the majority are prepared for use in agents’ sales particulars.

Because we do not offer photography, virtual tours, brochure printing, web hosting, web site design, graphic design, property descriptions, or shoe-mending!, we can focus on producing accurate and attractive plans. We believe that where an agency regularly outsources these elements of the selling process it undermines its skill base and soon it becomes indistinguishable from its competitors.

We offer a dedicated service, to estate agents, developers, solicitors and other property professionals, that supports and enhances their presentational skills. Our service is focused on quality, but nonetheless is very efficient, and because we are a relatively small business we are able to tailor out output to the specific requirements of our clients. Although we are floor plan company based in East Anglia we are not restricted to areas like Letchworth and Norfolk. On many occassions we provide our floorplan service further afield in the East Midlands and are quite capable of providing floor plans all over the UK
